Please note that would do not offer any refunds after you have made payment, however we can offer to change dates if we have availability of places.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION PROCESS:

1. Ask for availability of the date and child’s age group before sending payment.

2. WE MUST APPROVE AVAILABILITY FIRST BEFORE YOU PAY.

3. If you have been approved we will send you a confirmation email.

4. We require you to send us proof of payment/ screenshot of transfer, complete registration forms,  and please add your child’s names to the comment section when transferring And residency certificate of the child attached.

5. We will send you a confirmation of your child’s place, along with a family welcome pack and all necessary information of the events and camps. 

If you require any other details of a receipt of payment please do not hesitate to contact us 

Please note that our hours are from 9am - 2pm, if you require to come later then please inform us the day before, however we ask all families to be punctual on pick up time, as we have introduced a late fee, due to the high number of frequent lateness at 2pm pick up time. Pick up time is between 1.45-2pm.
